Description: Stratus was asked to deploy a team last second to fix an immediate issue. Having to procure new cable due to a high voltage cable that failed underground. With high water table and trenches filling up with water, the facility was unable to run its day-to-day tasks. Stratus managed to get the cable changed out quickly to reduce the facility downtime. To further support the client, Stratus created a special on-call option so that we were on standby for testing and any further issues.
