A Red Seal Electrician by trade, Johannes has built his career specializing in industrial electrical systems, startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting before transitioning into leadership, divisional strategy, and operations management. His ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and high-level operational planning allows him to lead projects with both precision and efficiency while supporting strong client relationships and collaborative project environments.

As Operations Manager and Project Manager, Johannes is focused on building and streamlining operational and mobilization frameworks that support Saskatchewan’s growing industrial sector. He aligns closely with the Stratus Origins philosophy of creating meaningful partnerships and building a company people genuinely want to work for. Johannes believes that strong operations begin with supporting people first — creating an environment where employees are empowered, projects run smoothly, and clients feel supported every step of the way.
